A couple weeks ago, I was chatting on Skype with a couple good friends of mine, and they were discussing something called "Bokeh"... I had't heard that term before, though I was quite familiar with the concept. A few days later, I happened to be sitting in a restaurant taking random macros of my water glass... and managed to incorporate some bokeh-like stuff in the background.
Prize-winning photo? Probably not. But it was a fun first attempt. :)

WOAH! SWEET PHOTO!!! I don't know how you would do this, but I think if the glass in front were a little less dark (probably mess with the lighting) and more focused, the picture could be a bit enhanced! That's still awesome, though!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mizzoria! And thanks for the input. :)I actually did try to make the glass brighter, but with my basic photo editor, it would overpower the bokeh, and thus destroy the point I was working on... but yeah, it definitely.. or I should say.. I definitely can use help.. Appreciate it!
ReplyDeleteYou're very welcome! What editor do you use?
DeletePicasa 3. :)
DeleteAhhh ok... I'm going to assume it's very similar to the online G+ photo editor (transferred from Picnik). Again, nice work!!
